1. Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post services. We work only with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.
2. Dispatch Timelines
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
- In case a specific delivery date is agreed at the time of order confirmation, dispatch will be scheduled accordingly.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery is subject to the service norms of the respective courier company or postal authority.
- While we strive to deliver at the earliest, Style Saplings will not be liable for any delay caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
4. Delivery Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete to avoid any issues.
5. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID.
- You may track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.
6. Shipping Charges
- If applicable, shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Incomplete/Failed Deliveries
Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order once the updated address is provided.
